These Terms govern your use of FoxRate (the "Service") at foxrate.io. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

FoxRate helps businesses view and reply to online reviews, receive alerts, generate AI-assisted reply drafts, and collect new reviews. You are responsible for the content of replies you publish and for complying with the policies of platforms like Google.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must own or be authorized to manage any business profile you connect.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our Merchant of Record, Polar, who acts as the seller of record and handles payment and applicable taxes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to post unlawful, deceptive, or fake reviews or replies, to violate third-party platform terms, or to abuse the AI features. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI-generated content

Reply drafts are generated with AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any reply before it is published.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxRate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be communicated. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
