Do the AI replies actually sound human?

Can FoxRate reply in other languages?
Yes. By default it replies in the same language the customer wrote their review in — so a French or Arabic review gets a fluent reply in that language. When a reply isn't in English, FoxRate also shows you an English translation so you always know what you're posting. You can also lock a business to a specific language in settings.
Do I need anything special to start?
Just a Google account that manages your Business Profile. You'll sign in with Google, link your profile, and your reviews appear within minutes.
Which review platforms do you support?
Today FoxRate works with Google Business Profile — reading your reviews and posting replies. Facebook support is next on the roadmap, followed by review monitoring for Yelp and TripAdvisor (where their rules allow). Google is where the large majority of local-business reviews and customer decisions happen, so it's our focus first.
