Everything you need

The wholesale intake Shopify doesn't have out of the box.

Shopify's native B2B tools are great once a company exists — this is the part that gets you there.

Self-serve application form

A public form on your storefront where businesses apply for a wholesale account themselves — no email back-and-forth to get started.

Configurable fields

Choose which fields to collect — company website, tax ID, business type, expected order volume, and business address — from your Settings page.

Full application detail

Review everything a business submitted — including their website and address — in one place before you decide, not just a name and email.

One-click approval

Approving creates the Shopify company, location, and main contact automatically — the setup that normally takes several manual steps in your admin.

Tax ID & address included

Submitted tax registration numbers and business addresses carry straight through to the created company location.

Full history

Every application — pending, approved, or rejected — stays visible in one queue, so you always have a record of who applied.

Plus: reject with one click

Rejecting an application never creates a company — it just stays in your history for reference, so nothing gets set up by mistake.

Questions, answered

Do I need to write any code?

No. The application form and approval queue both work out of the box. Choose which fields to collect from your Settings page — no theme edits or code required.

What happens when I approve an application?

Wholesale Approvals automatically creates a Shopify company, location, and main contact using the submitted information — including the tax registration ID and shipping address, if provided.

Can I customize what information I collect?

Yes. In Settings, toggle company website, tax ID, business type, expected order volume, business address, and notes on or off. Company name, contact name, and email are always required.

Does this replace Shopify's native B2B features?

No, and it's not meant to. Shopify's B2B tools — company profiles, catalogs, payment terms — work great once a company exists. Wholesale Approvals handles the part before that: collecting and reviewing the application that creates the company in the first place.

What happens during the free trial?

You get full access to the app for 14 days at no charge. If you decide it's not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — subscriptions are managed through Shopify's own billing, so you can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin with no separate account or contract to deal with.

Do rejected applications get deleted?

No. Rejected applications stay in your history so you have a record, but no Shopify company is ever created for them.

Stop setting up wholesale accounts by hand.
